Removal of 6 deprecated Instagram insights

Instagram/Facebook have removed 6 insights from their API which means we can no longer get data on them to display in the Instagram analytics section.

The insights removed are:

• website clicks

• get direction clicks

• phone call clicks

• email contacts

• profile views

• text message clicks

We will keep the charts for these in Pallyy for a few months if you need to export any historical data, but they will no longer be updated.
