📹 Improved Video Processing

Now, when you upload a video - you don't need to wait around looking at a loading screen for it to upload. We upload it in the background, so you can work on other things in the meantime.

When you upload a video, you'll now see a loading spinner on the video which will disappear once it's been uploaded.

We're also now using video thumbnail images to display videos in the sidebar & calendar which makes things load up 10x as fast!
