Ability to add the first comment to a Twitter post (just like for an Instagram post)

This is especially important now that Twitter's algorithm deprioritizes posts that have outbound links. From the open source algorithm, people have noticed that:
If you are talking about a third party resource and link out to it in your post, then your post is fostering "lack of engagement on the platform" and deprioritized.
However, if you are talking about a third party resource, and the first comment is a link... someone scrolling to that and opening the link is "engaging with the content." It has become the standard for third party references.
I consider this make-or-break with a scheduling feature. Although it'd be great to go all the way to "post a whole thread"! (i.e. multiple tweets all referencing one another)
