I'm managing a team of multiple people contributing to a shared Instagram account. It would be useful to get a notification when a team member schedules a post so that I can check and approve it.

Actually there is a way to do this already. Just get the person who creates the post to open up the comments sidebar on the post, then in the top right click on the assign users button and toggle you on.
When you get assigned, you will get a in-app & email notification, then whenever they leave a comment you'll also get one then too!
