Preview scheduled videos
Hello, We can't see a preview of a scheduled video. Can this be fixed?

Marketing, Looking into this now - and it seems like the video is there but for some reason the video is not playing, we can still hear the audio. Can you send me the original video before uploading to Pallyy, perhaps in google drive if possible? I can take a look and see what's going on. Thanks!

Marketing: Thanks! I've been working on this so just an update: Your video has a codec that's not supported in most browsers, so it will still post to socials fine but you won't be able to see it in a browser (in Pallyy). Currently we don't convert videos when they are uploaded, which is what needs to happen for it to be able to play in the browser for this specific codec. In the meantime, you can use any video converter online and just convert it to an mp4 (even though it's already a mp4) before uploading to Pallyy and you will be able to play it in the browser. We're working on some fixes for this, like adding a thumbnail image which will help - and considering our options when it comes to processing videos. I'll keep you posted on how we go! Marketing We have added a thumbnail feature now, so any uploaded media (from now on) will have a thumbnail so you can actually see it! Let me know how it goes.
