Pending approval post status

It would be SOOOO helpful to have a PENDING APPROVAL status for posts. This would allow a smm to have all content in the calendar hidden in a draft status, all content waiting for approval by the client to be in pending approval status, then once its approved be able to change it to a scheduled status.
