To have the option to include an attachment such as a photo when sending a message in the inbox, specifically for Instagram and Facebook would be so useful!

Hello Pally team,
this will be a game changer if we could add attachments for pictures and videos needed to help our customers
Format should be (PDF, JPG, MP4, MOV etc...)
Hope this is something that will be implemented soon .
