Kerry Ridge: Hey Kerry, I've just been looking into your account, and it looks like it's not getting insights because you haven't granted all the permissions required (via Facebook). If you go to the settings page: https://pallyy.com/dashboard/settings/general and click on the Facebook settings button you will be redirected to Facebook. Click on the "edit settings" button in Facebook and make sure all the permissions are turned on when you click through the options. Once that's done please let me know and I'll look into it to make sure it's all sorted!

Tim: Hi, yes all done and the insights were enabled as usual but still nothing in analytics 👍

Kerry Ridge: Hey Kerry, I just had a look and it looks good now, the permissions are all set. Unfortunately we can't get historical data from stories during the time it wasn't enabled, however if you give it a day or so until you've posted some new ones - they should show up now with the reach & impressions included.
