Make it faster to reply and view conversations & comments
It will be a lot easier to reply if it can all be done from one screen, right now when clicking on the comment it opens a new page but will be much better to see a preview and reply right from that page. Instead of opening a separate page that after that I need to switch back and manually "Resolve" it instead of replying that automatically resolves.
