Instagram square format, not useful.
About Pally, it's good posting on different platforms, but what makes me doubt is the resizing request to make the photos square. To improve reach on Instagram, the algorithm measures the time a user spends on the screen, and our goal should be to capture that attention. Vertical posts take up more screen space, making them more eye-catching. My suggestion is to evaluate this and change your coding, please?

My understanding of the format suggestion is that it only picks up images that don't fit any of the IG resolutions. So it only tells me to resize if I have a graphic that fits neither the square, portrait, or landscape size. Hope that helps
