Images not displaying in media library

Wanted to report that I uploaded an image to the media library and it appeared as a blank box in the media lib or if i tried to create a post with it. I tried reloading and same result. I then opened up the dev tools and disabled the browser cache and refreshed and the image appeared on next refresh. (Safari)
