Error Adding Pinterest and TikTok

I'm trying to add my Pinterest professional account and TikTok professional account to Pally, however I keep getting an error that it says "already in system" when it's not in my social set yet. While when I add my TikTok account, nothing appears to be happening after being redirected to Pally from TikTok authorization. There seems to be no problem regarding my accounts.
