Edit/Add Alt-Text for Instagram Posts

It'd be great to have the ability to edit and add alt text for Instagram since it's their SEO tool!

Hey Kim, we'd also like this however Instagram doesn't allow anyone to add ALT tags through their official API just yet. Hopefully they add it soon!
