De-duplicate hashtags
Tell me if I've used the same hashtag more than once (across the caption and first comment), and let me click a button to auto-remove every duplicate use after the first one. It's important to tell the user *which* hashtag(s) are duplicated -- I've seen tools that tell you there's a dupe but don't say what it is, which is frustrating! =D
