Clients unable to view content
Two of my clients are having consistent issues with viewing content. One client can only load the posts when clicking "mobile view," and the other cannot view any reels (the audio plays, but the picture does not). I have asked them if they have specific permissions blocked on their browsers, and they both said no; however, that could still be the case. If you could let me know how to troubleshoot further with them or if this is a Pally glitch currently being worked on, that would be greatly appreciated! (First image is the client who can only view in mobile mode, second is the client who can only hear reels)

Hey Nathan Spencer Could you send me a link to those shared calendars via our live chat so I can take a look into it? Sometimes due to formatting of a video it may just play audio & not video, but that would be a browser limitation, but I'm happy to look into it further! Cheers
