All sorts of posting issues

I have been experiencing multiple publishing errors that are different each time and seem to be a "one time error." Is anyone else experiencing this in general? I have had to delete and manually repost all my posts this week because of that. Yesterday one of my posts failed for no reason, today a post I had saved as a draft posted without an image, and even though I had set up the dimensions properly on Instagram, the graphics were weirdly zoomed in and cropped. Very disappointing.
